I am embarrassed to admit that I have been hoarding toilet papers rolls for awhile now. In the back of my mind, I knew I would create a glorious craft with them. This craft is an upcycled toilet paper roll: Christmas tree ornament.
All you need is a few supplies, a willing crafter, and a little time to create.
- 3 toilet paper rolls
- stapler {small one}
- green paint
- small paint brush
- sequins or glitter
- ribbon
- liquid glue
- glue gun
- Fold the toilet paper rolls in half and staple them together {see above picture with white stapler in t.p. roll}
- Completely paint the inside and outside of the toilet paper rolls
- Stack one on top of the other and glue together with a glue gun
- With liquid glue, add sequences or glitter
- Add a piece of ribbon, with a glue gun, on top for hanging purposes
