One way to foster cultural awareness is to dedicate a bulletin board to Black History Month! I searched the interwebs and rounded up bulletin boards that celebrate African American achievers. I also recommend a book I personally own called A Kid’s Guide to African American History. There are more than 70 songs, games, and events that shaped African American history within this book.
