Do you have a superhero at home? I have one that flies, leaps tall buildings, and catches bad guys which translates into jumping off all of the furniture, climbing the railings, and torturing his “evil” sister. He has many capes, many masks, but no wings.
Today’s craft shows how to make the easiest superhero wings for the superhero enthusiast!
- cardboard (I saved cereal boxes)
- felt
- glue
- scissor
- stapler
- Cut strips of cardboard 2 inches thick
- Wrap around child’s arms and cut to fit
- Glue felt to cardboard and cut felt to fit
- Staple the felt and cardboard to create loops
- Cut out wings with cardboard
- Glue to cardboard, cut to fit
- Staple to loops
- Glue tissue paper
