With less than two weeks before St. Patrick’s Day, we thought we’d share a quick and easy St. Patrick’s Day craft for your kids! Any good leprechaun hunter knows, you need bait. Mice seek cheese, the tooth fairy awaits teeth, and leprechauns crave gold! Sure, we may design the best leprechaun traps, but we can’t get the leprechaun to the trap without some bait.
So, rather than breaking the bank with real gold coins, we decided to make some leprechaun bait of our own!
- wooden craft circles
- gold acrylic paint
- clear glitter
- paintbrush
- Paint circles gold.
- While paint is still wet, adhere the gold glitter.
- Set near a leprechaun trap, and wait for the greedy leprechaun to arrive.
